Common questions

How do I join?

Ask at the counter for a loyalty card. Then register it at oldrailroadstop.ackroo.net with the card number. You can also check a balance there without creating an account.

Why register the card?

Registration is what lets you redeem the 2% back. If a card is lost, we can move the balance to a new one using the name and contact you gave us.

What earns 2% back?

Gas, convenience store, and gift shop. Spend the balance like cash on your next visit. Cards are for in-store — this website ships gifts worldwide separately.

Do rewards change the pump price?

No. The cents-per-litre on the board (including 0% ethanol Premium) stay the same for everyone. Loyalty earns a separate balance you redeem later — it does not hide a member pump rate.

How do gift cards work?

Buy a plastic card in store, or send an e-gift from Ackroo. They work at the gas bar, convenience store, and gift shop. Check a balance anytime at the same portal.
