Wholesale & Band-Office Orders
Need gifts or convenience items in bulk for a band office, community event, workplace, or municipal order? This page is for quote requests — not the regular retail cart.
We ship across Canada and the US from The Old Railroad Stop at Hiawatha First Nation (Rice Lake / Hwy 7 corridor near Peterborough). Retail checkout still works for smaller DTC orders; use this channel when you need volume, invoicing questions, or coordinated pickup.
What we can help with
- Indigenous art & gift assortments for offices, welcome kits, and events (accurate maker credit; we do not invent Nation stories)
- Shelf-stable snacks, drinks, and convenience cases for meetings or camps
- Automotive parts / filters when you already know the fitment (call to confirm shelf stock)
- Pickup at 341 Hiawatha Line when that is easier than freight
How to request a quote
- Email orrsmanager@hiawathafn.ca with subject line Wholesale / band-office quote.
- Include: organization name, delivery or pickup preference, target date, approximate quantities, and any product links from oldrailroadstop.ca.
- Or call 705-295-GEAR (4327) during store hours for a same-day stock check.
Pricing note: Wholesale and case pricing is quoted case-by-case. We do not list fake “free shipping” thresholds. Shipping (if needed) is calculated honestly at quote time.
Respect & community
- Gift storytelling stays accurate and respectful of Hiawatha First Nation and makers — ask us before reprinting Nation or artist claims.
- The restaurant next door is a separate business; wholesale questions for the shop/gas bar come here, not through the restaurant listing.
- Cold / freezer grocery is usually pickup-only; shelf-stable drinks and many gifts can ship.
