Pickup vs Shipping
Quick rule: cold and frozen food is store pickup only. Shelf-stable groceries, drinks, gifts, and most automotive parts can ship across Canada and the US — rates show at checkout (no free-shipping promise).
Store pickup
- Best for dairy, frozen, ice cream, deli-style cold food, and anything that needs a fridge.
- Pick up at 341 Hiawatha Line, Hiawatha First Nation, ON K9J 0E6 during store hours (7:00 am–9:00 pm daily; closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day).

Ships to you
- Drinks (including SunnyD and other shelf-stable beverages) — shippable.
- Snacks, candy, pantry, pet food, household, baby — shippable when listed as such.
- Gift shop (mugs, art, wellness, apparel, and more) — ships.
- Automotive filters, wipers, pads, and similar parts — ships; zero-qty items say to call GEAR to check availability.

How to tell on a product
Product pages and cart follow the same split: if it needs cold storage, choose pickup. If it is shelf-stable or a gift/part, shipping options appear at checkout. When in doubt, message us or call before you order.
Restaurant next door
The restaurant shares the building but is a separate business. Online shop orders are fulfilled by The Old Railroad Stop store — not the restaurant kitchen.
