Where do you ship?
We ship gift-shop items, shelf-stable groceries, drinks, and many automotive parts across Canada and internationally when the product page says it ships. Rates are calculated at checkout from weight and address. We do not offer free shipping. Full details: Shipping.
Can I pick up instead?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout when it is offered, or call ahead:

Hours: 7:00 am–9:00 pm, seven days. Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day.
What about cold or frozen food?
Refrigerated and frozen food is pickup-only (no cold-chain shipping). Look for the pickup note on those product pages.
A product shows sold out — can you check the shelf?
Call 705-295-GEAR (4327). Online quantity follows our POS count; staff can often confirm what is still on the aisle.
Do you sell ethanol-free premium fuel?
Yes. Our Premium is 0% ethanol (ethanol-free). Regular, clear diesel, and colour diesel are also available at the pumps. Pump prices on the homepage are a convenience snapshot and may not always match the island exactly.
Is the restaurant part of online orders?
No. The restaurant shares the building but is a separate business. Online shop and gift shipping are handled by The Old Railroad Stop gas bar / shop — not the restaurant.
Gift shop and Indigenous goods
Our gift shop carries Indigenous art, wellness, and everyday gifts alongside convenience and automotive. We ship what the product page marks as shippable. For artist or Nation questions, use Contact Us — we keep storytelling accurate and respectful.
Returns & damaged parcels
If something arrives damaged or wrong, email or call us with your order number and a photo. We will work out a replacement or refund for eligible items. Automotive fitment questions are best confirmed before purchase via 705-295-GEAR (4327).
