Review Requests (Pickup vs Delivery)

Two short review-request templates for The Old Railroad Stop staff — one after in-store / curb pickup, one after a shipped order arrives. Keep the tone warm and local (Rice Lake / Hiawatha First Nation). Never invent star ratings or ask customers to say anything untrue.

Note: The restaurant next door is a separate business with its own Google listing. Point fuel-bar and shop reviews to The Old Railroad Stop listing, not the restaurant.

When to send

  • Pickup: same day or next morning after they leave with the order (parts, gifts, groceries).
  • Delivery: 2–3 days after the carrier marks delivered (gifts, parts, shelf-stable drinks/snacks that ship).
  • Skip cold-food-only pickups if there is nothing to review beyond a single snack run — use judgment.
  • Do not send review asks during an open damage claim or return.
